Careers For ISFJ Personalities

Introversion, sensing, feeling, and judging are the four words that make up ISFJ - one of the 16 psychological types that are used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Approximately 13% of the population has the ISFJ personality type. They are steady in their approach to things, both at home and at work, always making sure things are done to the highest of standards, often going beyond what is required.

In the workplace, ISFJs are well-rounded individuals, and no other personality type is so well-suited to be of service to others. They genuinely enjoy supporting their coworkers, calming any frustrations, and seeing things through to a practical solution. They are extremely hard working, and can always be relied upon to get the job done on time. It is important to note that in order for the ISFJ to be happy and productive at work, they need to be acknowledged, appreciated and thanked for their hard effort and accomplishments.
